Jessica Lambrecht (she/her) specializes in organizational strategy for growing companies, focused on creating impactful organizational culture. She has a passion for creating more engaging, diverse and inclusive workplaces from the ground up. Jessica focuses on contributing resources for organizational culture and strategy as it pertains to OPHR. She brings her wealth of experience from having worked with a variety of organizations such as the NAACP Legal Defense Fund, Women’s Global Leadership Initiative, Hearts of Gold, The Children's Defense Fund-NY, and Dance Theatre of Harlem. She holds a BS in Management & Entrepreneurship and MA in International Business from the University of Florida and NEOMA Business School (FR), and an Advanced Diploma in Workplace Diversity from NYU.
