What is the purpose of OPHR?
"One Person Human Resources" or OPHR could be a person hired to manage People Ops and HR. It might also be a founder or leader within an organization. It might also be an Executive Assistant or another role. If you are a department of one (or few), we are your go-to strategic HR, DEI, and Compliance partner.
When we say we’re the People people, we mean it.
OPHR was born from a wealth of knowledge different HR professionals had to offer. The OPHR team is a mix of industry veterans and subject matter experts.
The content we provide is carefully curated to span team sizes, market niches, individual demographics, and employee needs. Our efficiency won’t change if you support 5 employees or if you support 50 or more! We make HR so easy, just one person could do it.
