Meet Marina Misculin,
Ed. M.

Marina (she/her/hers) is a Learning and Development professional with expertise in learning experience design, facilitation, and employee onboarding programming. She received her Masters in Education in Human Development & Psychology at the Harvard Graduate School of Education where she studied empathy in young people, systemic racism in schools, gender inclusion in education, and professional development. She currently works primarily in the tech sector developing inclusive and engaging employee onboarding programs, driving L&D strategy, and building and facilitating unique learning experiences for learners. Her passion for DEIB work is influenced by her lived experience as an immigrant woman with ADHD and she strives to provide spaces and systems for neurodivergent folks to thrive in the workplace. Outside of her work, she is an improv comedian, produces the Bay Area Pun-Off, and spends her time teaching her dog new tricks.
