Meet Mila Singh

Mila Singh (she/her) believes that culture and people are the key to an organization’s success and loves to help create great places to work that attract and retain the best talent. Mila has expertise across industries on culture, employee engagement, organizational development, designing employee engagement surveys, and data analysis.  She enjoys facilitating discussions to turn the results into action - providing leaders the understanding required to transform metrics into making human decisions. Most recently, Mila led operations, HR and strategy as COO at Porter & Sail. She holds a BS from Cornell University School of Industrial and Labor Relations, an MPA from Cornell University’s Institute for Public Affairs, and an MBA from Yale University.
