Introducing OPHR Essentials

What are the “One Person Human Resources” Essentials? They are the free HR support you need to get things done - No matter the size of an organization. The basic needs of employees and HR teams stay the same. We know it can be a lot to manage - that’s why we’re setting you up for success. We’ve created two memberships so you can decide what support and expert advice you need.

Both OPHR memberships support those working in People Ops, HR, DEI, and compliance roles but not everyone needs high-touch support - 📣 enter OPHR Essentials. We know budgets are tight so here’s an accessible option!

You’ll notice a growing number of email templates, that’s because we know creating meaningful communications requires research and takes time. It’s incredibly stressful to keep up with acknowledging everything, particularly in DEI spaces, but it doesn’t have to be that way. We’ve recently added templates for observances such as National Men’s Health Month, BIPOC Mental Health Awareness Month, Pride Month, Juneteenth, and Black Women’s Equal Pay Day. These email templates serve as perfect starting points to customize ahead to reflect your individual organization and its values, while leaving you confident that you have everything covered.
