Meet Ash Ramirez

Ash Ramirez (they/elle/papi) is a proud Trans Non-Binary Latine and seasoned DEI professional who has been involved in fostering diverse creative spaces (predominantly advertising) for over seven years. Their expertise is centered in developing strategies and implementing DEI programs for various points of the employee experience (ie. community engagement, talent acquisition, and learning & development). Their passion lies in advocating for more diverse, equitable, and inclusive workplaces – ones that provide a platform for all to be their authentic selves, feel empowered to make impactful work, and advance in their careers. They have been able to do this through their volunteering with LGBTQIA2S+ organizations, and thought leadership as a speaker and podcast co-host.
