Meet Guishard Revan

Guishard Revan (he/him) is a community builder, storyteller, wordsmith and DEI strategist. His life's mission is to create work environments where employees feel not only that they matter, but also that they belong. Through his thought leadership and change management background, he embeds inclusion into work environments so that all employees feel seen and leaders prioritize empathy. He believes personal stories, DEI goal-setting with business integration, and the measuring of progress ensures that DEI becomes a forethought, rather than an afterthought.

Coming with over 8 years of HR/DEI experience in employee engagement, organizational effectiveness and program management, he currently holds the position of Global Diversity & Inclusion Manager at a large travel tech company. In this role, he works closely with Business and ERG leaders to influence the company’s culture as well as strategize global and local activations that foster inclusion.
