Meet Ross Greenberg

Ross Greenberg (he/him) is an employee experience expert with a focus on DEIB, employee engagement, and internal communications. After spending 8 years in the wild world of reality television production, he began his career in employee experience and has not looked back! Ross has experience working in marketing, insurance, and healthcare spaces, and enjoys working with organizations who value and appreciate each and every employee - especially those from diverse or typically disadvantaged communities. Ross has a passion for supporting and uplifting LGBTQIA+ voices especially as a member of the community himself. In his spare time he can be found sipping matcha lattes, binging old seasons of "Survivor," and cuddling with his dog, Okja.
